Order

The package will be delivered in 2 to 6 working days, except for remote or difficult to reach areas, excluding Saturdays and holidays.

It is not possible to change the orders already forwarded nor the shipping records connected to them.

You must proceed with the cancellation of the order and then repeat the purchase operation.

You can delete your order from the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

NB: If the "Cancel order" link is disabled, it means that the purchase can no longer be canceled because it will be in the final stage of preparation and it is no longer possible to prevent its shipment; the only solution is to refuse the withdrawal and return it to the sender.

If the order cannot be canceled, it is because it is already in the preparation phase, contact us for assistance, communicating the order number.

In case of no stock of the selected product in our online warehouse, it will be sent to you from our physical stores.

- they can be changed within 30 days from the date of purchase, in any physical store with the same sign as the brand purchased and with the courtesy receipt received with the goods. This option is valid only in stores in Italy;

- in the event that one or more items received show defects we will collect and refund. It is not possible to request a replacement. Click on the question "What should I do if I have received a defective item?";

Yes, you must send the request by the end of the month with respect to the date of your purchase to our address customer@Robedikappa.com, indicating the order number and complete billing information.

The document will be sent to you in the fiscal drawer by the fifteenth day of the month following the date of the delivery document. It will not be possible to issue and send the invoice
when not requested in the phase indicated above.

The prices presented to the public are set following suggestions from the producer and they are intended to comply with Iva. The currency indicated is in Euros.

Card payments will activate the secure servers on the website which adheres to SSL security standards. The transfer of card data is completely secure.

After payment details are collected, the bank who provided the card will take the customer to the international authorisation process and confirmation will be received to state whether payment has been successful or not.

Delivery time and costs

The package will be delivered in 2 to 6 working days, except for remote or difficult to reach areas, excluding Saturdays and holidays.

When the package is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the link to the carrier's page useful for monitoring the progress of the shipment.

For orders over € 75it is free.

For orders of less than 75 euros, the costs are as follows:

Depending on the delivery location, we use the following courier services: SDA EXPRESS COURIER S.P.A. , GLS ITALY, BRT Corriere Espresso , DHL International.      

Unless otherwise indicated, the products are shipped from the main warehouse, located in Turin. It is possible that some products are shipped from Robe di Kappa single-brand physical stores.

Usually, the courier will attempt to deliver again the following day. In the case that your package goes into holding, you will receive advice at the email account you registered with. The email will explain why delivery failed and how to release the package.

Contact us in a timely manner. We will then provide the courier with new delivery instructions.

If our customer service team receives no release request within five working days, the shipment will be automatically returned to our warehouses and a refund will be made.

We are committed to meeting delivery times but delays can occur when:

- The order is sent during a sales or promotional period

- A product isstored at a warehouse other than the main one

- The order wasmade on a non-working day

- Unprecedented events occur beyond our control

- Your package has gone back into storage (delay after delivery could not be received at the specified address)

Returns and refunds

Item(s) shipped from Robe di Kappa.com warehouse (BasicItalia)

We do not exchange products but you can send it back for a refund. You can then make a new order and buy an item that you are interested in.

If a product is faulty, please visit the “Returns and refunds” section, “What do I need to do if I have received a faulty item?”
All customised goods are made especially for you so returns are not possible unless the item is faulty.

Items shipped from a physical store can be exchanged/replaced in any physical store with the same sign as the Brand purchased.

Show the receipt within 60 days from the date of purchase and the item that you want to exchange/replace. You will be able to change the item with one of equal or higher value (adding the amount difference) than the one purchased in the original order.

After the change in a physical store it will no longer be possible to proceed with the online return of any items in the order. This service is only reserved to stores in Italy.

Attention:

The link for entering the return request is active in your Account as soon as all the goods included in the order have been delivered and the request can
only be sent once. In case you intend to return products at a later time you must Contact us.        

 

You have 60 days from delivery in which to fill in the online form for the return of one or more products.

You need to complete the return request (sends you back to point How can I return one or more products) and send the items back within 60 days or bring it at the nearest shop you have choosen between the conventioned ones, in accordance with article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (6th September 2005).

You can return one or more items and make a single package of all products for which you wish to receive a refund.

Ater filling in the return form you will receive the instructions and the label to send back the order.

The goods must be intact, never worn and packed in their original packaging - if this is not available, it must be replaced by packaging suitable for shipment by post or courier. The label acquired from the return procedure must be attached to the package.

The refund will be made when the goods return to the main warehouse, you will receive an e-mail updating your return file and the e-mail confirming the refund management. You will receive a confirmation email that the refund has been processed within a few days and by the time set out by our terms of sale

The refund will be made within 14 days of the return according to article 56 of the Consumer Code modified on 21st February 2014.

The refund will be made into your account by:

- Bank transfer into the same account used by card to make the purchase;

- Into your PayPal account for purchases made by PayPal.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, contact us as quickly as possible within eight days of receiving the item. Contact Us and take care to state:

- Order number

- What product is affected, indicating the model and code on the label which accompanies the item;

- Send a couple of photos showing the defect.

Customer Service will respond as soon as possible and provide all the necessary assistance.

Should defective items have been sent from a physical store, we will collect them and provide a refund at our own expense. It’s not possible to request a substitution. Use Contact Us (link) and follow the instructions as stated.

In order to exercise your right of return, the product must be in good condition along with its own tag and its original packaging if provided
(plastic bag or box depending on the item).

That means to say that the products returned are in as-new condition, they must not be used or washed but only tested.

In the event that failure to comply with these indications leads to a reduction in the value of the product, we can hold you responsible for this reduction in value, therefore you will be contacted by our Assistance to organize the return to your address of the goods that do not comply with the return conditions, which cannot be refunded to you.

Pickup in store

You can collect your order 1 hour after receiving the order confirmation email.

You have five days to collect your order, afterwards the goods will be automatically returned to sender and you will be reimbursed.
